  • Do you provide certifications for your software training?

    Only classes offered through an educational partners would be eligible for certification, depending on the institution. Training offered directly from AuroraSON to client will not be eligible for certification.

    Customized training focuses on applicable skills, and is therefore tailored based on client needs. Frequently, our standard training curriculum will be modified to focus on subject matter relevant each client. Our objective is always to provide a working knowledge of the subjects covered, leaving learners with skills they can immediately apply in their workplace. AuroraSON will help clients seeking credentials to find a more appropriate program for their developmental needs.

  • To Which web hosting service do you require your clients to subscribe?

    We don’t have requirements. We do what we can to meet customer preferences in regards to web hosting providers. If a client has no preference, we will recommend providers based on client needs.

  • Does AuroraSON provide domains?

    AuroraSON helps clients create domains through web host providers. AuroraSON will then provide domain management, with client administrative access. If a client already has a domain when they subscribe to our services, they may choose to migrate the domain to AuroraSON control, or they may choose to keep the domain under their prior hosts control and have AuroraSON map it to the new website.

  • Can I pay Annually or Monthly?

    AuroraSON Training & Consulting Services such as skills &/or software training will be billed monthly.

    AuroraSON Web Services such as web design, graphic design, or web training will be billed monthly.

    Domain Fees will be billed annually.

    Web Host Subscription Fees for each individual website can be billed monthly or annually, depending on what the provider offers, and the client’s preference. Most host providers offer a rate discount for annual payment.

  • How can I complete payment?

    Payment may be completed online, through an individual customer portal. Online payments will be processed through the provider Stripe, and all major credit cards are accepted for payment.

  • If I paid Web Host Subscription Fees annually, and terminate my account early, will I be refunded the difference?

    Yes. If a client subscribes to our annual payment option for Web Host Subscription Fees, but terminates before the end of 12 months, the client will receive a prorated refund.

  • Do I own my website?

    Yes, you own your website. However, during the duration of our business relationship, AuroraSON will need to be the registered owner of the site account, and will grant full administrative access to the client. Upon termination of our contract, the client can request ownership of the website to be transferred to them. AuroraSON will immediately transfer site ownership to a client once all accounts are settled and closed.

    If a client wishes to have AuroraSON maintain websites that are under client control, the client must grant admin access to individuals from AuroraSON who work with that client account. Also, in such cases, all invoices for web support services rendered to client-controlled sites must be paid prior to services being rendered.

  • How often can I request changes to my site?

    There is no limit; and, support & turnaround times are terms to be specified in your contract, and customized per your needs.

  • Can you teach me how to maintain my own site?

    Yes. Clients who wish to eventually break free of a paid web designer may choose to have AuroraSON teach them how to make their own desired changes.
